ATTENTION:
Regarding any GraveMarker order, the following terms and conditions
apply to all headstone orders: 1) All orders must be paid in full once the
layout proof is approved by the buyer. 2)Shipping quotes are extra and NOT
in the displayed prices. Cost is usually by location shipped to. 3) Once
any proof has been approved and paid for, there are no refunds at all. This is a
personalized product and completely unusable by anyone else. 4) Regardless of the deadline date requested, if the delivery does not
arrive on that date there is still no refund allowed. There is also no penalty
to the company for this delay. Usually many factors are outside of our control
and can not be used for an absolute time. All delivery dates are an estimate ONLY until tracking is sent by the shipper. 5) Any changes to an order must be delivered by email or fax to be valid. Changes over the phone
can not be guaranteed to occur. All communication is to be followed up in writing.
