Lois was more then just my lover. At times she was my little girl, teacher, & my mommy when I needed spoiling or pampering. Above all she was my Best Friend.
She was a person of many facets. Lois was a Registered Nurse with a Masters degree, who thrived on helping others in the fields of “Emergency Medicine” & “Critical care”. Lois helped establish the Emergency medical procedures, in the ER. At “Jacobi” hospital in NYC.
Among some of her other accomplishments she helped form the “Never to Young “ group of (AA) in the Bronx NY.
She was an active member of the Leather, community in NYC. Volunteering & participating in many “Aids Walks NY.” Leather Pride Nights, The Aids Candle light Vigil.
She participated in the 1987, & 19993 March on Washington, for Lesbian, Gay, & Transgender rights.
She was a member of the Names Project” Aids Memorial Quilt”
She was a member of TES NY. NLA Metro NY & National.
More then that she was a loving & caring daughter, sister, aunt, & lover.
Lois touched many lives in many ways.
When you died a big part of me died too. Some day we’ll be together again. Memory is one gift of God that death cannot destroy.
With all my love,
