| She was born July 28, 1913, in Jackson County to the late Bedford Phillips & Nannie Lou Mercer Phillips. On October 16, 1931, she married the late Byrd C. Buck, who passed away December 20, 1979. She was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Hill Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 6 Brothers: James, Charlie, Braxton, Camel, Dalton, and Hershel Phillips; and 1 Sister: Betty Hix. Survivors include 1 Son: Bayless E. and Carolyn Buck of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Randy (Mary) Buck, Mark (Lila) Buck, Margie Murphy, and Russell (Kendra) Buck; 4 Great – Grandchildren: Brittany Murphy, Dustin Buck, Tyler Murphy, and Rachel Buck; 2 Brothers: Eber Phillips of Midway, Ohio, and Norval L. Phillips of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister: Ruth Carmack of Gainesboro, TN. Bro. James Bybee will officiate. Service Information | Funeral services for Mrs. Ozina G. Buck, 93, of
| Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 12 noon Monday, November 27, 2006, at Anderson – Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cem., Pleasant Hill community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4 – 9 P.M., Sunday from 10 A.M. – 9 P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. – time of services at the funeral home.  | ||||||||||||||||||||
