| ![]() Contributor : Rev. Randi Webster | Friend doesn't describe you, sister comes close...after 32 years of knowing you were just a phone call away...watching you fight that dammedable Ovarian Cancer for 13 years-count 'em, 13 years! This loss is too great, but the memories are greater still. As are the lessons-Courage and tenacity. My love for you lasts beyone all time and measure, thank you for blessing my life with your presence. Amen, Goodnight. Rest well. Contributor : Rev. Janet A. Norman It has been said that one cannot measure a song until it is ended. Dear Diane's song has ended for this choir. I hear it still in the echoes of Joan Baez. Her life wasn't easy. Her life wasn't in vane. Her feel for the rhythms of the land shown in her paintings moved me. I loved her somber brooding moods especially when that glorious beam of light shot thru the clouds. Miss you friend. Since you went first, the party is on you. It'll be a great time. Contributor : Tina Crowley I didn't really know Diane very well, I only saw her a few times at concerts with her friend Randi Webster, but she was always very warm and friendly and had a smile for everyone. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. Tina Contributor : Paul Nielsen I first met Randi and Diane through our mutual interest in The Monkees. We had some fun times going to see Peter Tork perform at 19 Broadway in Fairfax, CA! Diane was a very kind person! I knew she had cancer, which made me sad. If she was worried or sad about having cancer I never noticed. She was always in high spirits. Diane, I miss you! Love, Paul | |||||||||||||||||||
